Mr. Torno has over 45 years of experience in practice with the firm. As Vice-President, his primary responsibilities include client/project management, supervision of working drawing production, and plan coordination. Mr. Torno also has extensive experience in on-site construction administration for a variety of project types.
In recent years, Mr. Torno has been responsible for a number of K-12 educational type projects for several local school districts, including CCISD and FBISD. These projects have included ground up new construction and stand alone new additions as well as renovations of existing facilities. Projects have been completed on time and within budgeted funds available.
Mr. Torno has also completed Reroofing projects and building envelope renovations for various public entities such as the City of Portland and the City of Corpus Christi. His extensive experience in construction administration and understanding of the means and methods of construction enable him to successfully remediate difficult building envelope issues and resolve complex water intrusion problems.
