Erasmo Nava, President of SolkaNavaTorno, LLC, is responsible for office and project management along with other firm principals. Project management of design and construction administration services is a focus area Mr. Nava concentrates upon as a tool to maintain and achieve the firm’s project schedules. During his professional career, Mr. Nava has been involved in diverse projects for government, institutional, educational, financial and medical facilities. Projects have ranged from small scale to large scale projects for new construction and renovation types. As a Project Manager and Design Team member, Mr. Nava has actively overseen planning, programming, design documentation and construction administration.
One primary Design Team responsibility for Mr. Nava consists of project specifications coordination of all disciplines during all phases of project development. He is experienced with varied contract general conditions, and aligns technical specifications with specific Owner requirements for a cohesive element of project contract documents. He currently manages the Firm’s technical specifications preparation by staff and provides ongoing staff development on specification documentation.
